Erol came out to fix something in my shower and kindly refitted a new dish washer for me. He was BEYOND helpful and did really good work. I will absolutely have him/Tailored Plumbing come back for all of the plumbing work I need. I also think it's incredible customer service that all of the staff are knowedgable about the service. Miranda, who I scheduled the appointment with, was able to help me identify the problem just over email and confirmed the parts I need to order, which saved everyone a lot of time and an extra trip out. Cannot recommend this company enough!

I used this plumber when my water pump stopped working. The plumber (Erol) was very punctual and professional. He explained the issue, the options to fix it and how long it would take. Erol was very courteous, wore a mask throughout (covid secure) and made sure we didn't have any further questions before finishing the work. overall I was very happy with the service.
