Consumer Contract

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 require traders to give you certain information. The Regulations came into force on 13 June 2014 and apply to contracts entered into on or after that date. If you entered into a contract prior to 13 June 2014, these Regulations will not apply.

Your right to cancel an order for goods made at a distance starts when you receive the goods and lasts for 14 days. Your right to cancel a service made at a distance starts the moment you enter into the contract and lasts 14 days. I used this plumber when my water pump stopped working. The plumber (Erol) was very punctual and professional. He explained the issue, the options to fix it and how long it would take. Erol was very courteous, wore a mask throughout (covid secure) and made sure we didn't have any further questions before finishing the work. overall I was very happy with the service.
